Abakus - 1st / 2nd line Support


You have great Hardware skills and are well verse in all general IT technologies (Windows, iOS, Android, ...). You have basic knowledge of Windows Server and network management.

Open minded, customer oriented, you are also able to communicate very easily and clearly over the phone. You stay calm in any circumstances.

An experience in the financial sector is an asset and a global experience of 3 years in IT support is requested.


Language skills

This mission requires to be an excellent German and English speaker. Being able to communicate in French is an asset but not mandatory.
