Adneom Benelux - Helpdesk Support 1st and 2nd line

  • Chain of 190 shops
  • Shops are migrating from one Cash system to another cash system (ordering, invoicing)
  • Managers in shops will have questions on the new software + Hardware
  • We need to help them in Dutch and French
  • Training will be given
  • Extra: Possibility to lead a helpdesk team in the future and have challenging responsabilities



  • Languages:
    • Dutch Mother tong or equivalent
    • French Fluent
  • Skills:
    • Helpdesk / Service desk/ 1st and 2nd line support
    • Hardware skills/ software skills
    • Office 365 is a strong plus
  • Seniority: At least 5 years on the role of Hd/Support



  • Place: Brussels
  • Start date: SAP
  • Duration: End of the year plus potential 3 month extension (or more depending on the seniority)
