Your role
In this position, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to transform ideas into impactful digital solutions. You will gather and analyze business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of innovative automation and AI-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and formalize business needs
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Work closely with product and development teams in an agile environment
- Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of solutions
- Contribute to projects focused on AI, data and intelligent automation
- Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.)
- Ability to model processes and structure complex information
- Interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or automation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment
