- Within the team of the Head of Management, you will pilot the development and manage a client portfolio for the entity Alter Solutions Benelux. You will be selling our solutions in consulting / technical assistance, M&O (maintenance & operations) as well as turnkey projects.
Your responsibilities will include
- Commercial: defining potential customers, prospecting, technical characterization of clients projects, account mapping, complex sales, writing sales proposals, negotiation, monitoring client.
- Recruitment: identification of skills required for customers' activities; participation in recruitment process of Alter Solution employees who will enable the success of your projects.
- Management: monitoring of projects and management of technical teams.
These responsibilities come gradually with the evolution of the candidate.
- Training engineer or business school, you have a strong interest in the engineering and high technologies. a first significant experience in IT business development is a plus.
