Altran Belgium - IT Service Desk Support

Your role

  • 1st and 2nd level Service Desk Support
  • Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ITIL framework via ticketing tool
  • Computer Imaging:
  • Create / Modify new Windows images
  • Deploy computers via WDS/SCCM
  • Server Management:
    • Use VMware to manage all virtual server environment
    • Build/update/modify Windows & Linus servers
    • Manage file access permissions in AD
    • Manage Outlook mailbox/calendar delegation
    • Manage distribution & security Lists
    • Manage SQL DB
    • Basic PowerShell scripting
    • Manage Gpos
    • Use SCCM to deploy images, applications, patches
  • Backup Management: 
    • Manage VEEAM Backup environment
    • Create, monitor & restore backups
  • Phones Management:
    • Fix Phones
    • Manage users, devices & extensions on CUCM
  • Track assets through an asset tracking system
  • Manage wireless access system (server, profiles, access points)
  • Manage badge access control for rooms and floors
  • Maintain Print and Scan-to-email 


Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Education: High school or undergraduate degree or equal knowledge through experience
  • Fluent English & French is mandatory (written & spoken), Dutch and/or other EU languages are assets
  • Soft skills:
    • Stress resistant personality
    • Team worker
    • Motivation to work in a highly dynamic business environment
  • Working knowledge on the following technologies:
    • Office 365
    • Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers,
    • SCCM
    • Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 suites
    • Office 365
    • Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop OS
    • Aerohive
  • Good to have (but not mandatory):
    • Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
    • Hardware troubleshooting knowledge on Dell & HP laptops,
    • Cisco IP Phones,
    • PowerShell scripting
