About the Role
As API / SOA Team Lead, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering API and integration projects while ensuring quality, governance and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development and analysis teams
- Manage planning, resources and priorities
- Coordinate project delivery activities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards
- Manage risks, dependencies and issues
- Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Monitor project delivery and reporting
- Support solution design and technical governance
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience
- Experience leading software delivery teams
- Strong understanding of API and SOA environments
- Agile delivery experience
- Resource and budget management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with project reporting and governance
- Understanding of REST, SOAP and integration concepts
Technology Environment
Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, Jenkins, OpenAPI, REST Services, Agile Tooling, Reporting Platforms and API Management solutions.
