About the role
We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Lead, Application Services Run.
Within the global organization, the DT AMS (Application Management Services) team is playing a crucial role in developing, modernizing and maintaining various DT applications, across multiple business process areas and technology domains such as:
- BI Reporting & Analytics (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Commercial)
- Veeva (Clrm, Vaults)
- Salesforce
- Talentshare (SAP Sucesssfactor)
- Web/Mobile Applications
- MS Dynamics focusing on delivering value
You'll serve as a key point of contact, guiding stakeholders and ensuring operational excellence. A core part of your mission will be to drive innovation by integrating automation and generative AI to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. You will also facilitate important activities like RFP (Request for Proposal) processes and external industry benchmarking.
Your responsibilities will include
- Driving Automation & AI Strategy: Oversee the implementation of automation and AI technologies to streamline AMS workflows, enhance incident management, and optimize processes to reduce operational costs.
- Managing Vendor Relationships: Facilitate contract renewals, RFPs, and external benchmarking. Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
- Monitoring Performance: Track key actions and progress from performance reviews and steering committees, and manage dashboards for budget, skills, and training compliance.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and managing invoice reception and approval.
- Ensuring Quality & Compliance: Facilitate DT audits and ensure effective knowledge transfer from project to support teams.
What we're looking for
- Experience:
- 5+ years in a Service Management role with a strong understanding of Incident, Service Request, and Change Request processes
- 5+ years of experience within an Enterprise DT organization
- Technical skills:
- Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion
- A strong understanding of automation tools, platforms, and generative AI technologies
- Familiarity with GxP processes
- Knowledge of or a willingness to learn PowerBI reporting
- Soft skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Language: Proficiency in English is essential
