Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the team works on the highest value initiatives and features first
- Refine the user stories and define acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clearly understood by the development team
- Proactively collect new initiatives and change requests and lead intake sessions to understand customer needs
- Prioritize based on outcome of technical/functional analysis and other factors
- Work closely with the CoE team to make sure the right product is being built by reviewing and accepting completed increments (sprint review)
- Measure and report on product performance, using feedback to inform future product decisions
- Report progress on projects regularly to your team lead and manager
- Present ROI on SteerCo's
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform innovations
Requirements
- Strong understanding of low code development principles and practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Able to lead intake, review, planning and refinement sessions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities in context of project management
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and SharePoint Online
- Fundamental understanding of Power BI and Microsoft 365
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability of troubleshooting and resolve technical issues
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira
- Scrum Agile experience
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a business/Functional Analyst for low code projects
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a low code environment
- 2+ years of experience working directly with Enterprise/Solution architects and/or customer organisations.
- Fluent in Dutch and English or French
Conformity criteria
- Must be able to work in Belgium and min. 2 days a week onsite
- Language skills - high proficiency in English and Dutch or French
- 2+ years of experience as Product Manager / Product Owner
- 2+ years of experience with Power Platform services (Power Apps, Power Automate, ..)
- Strong knowledge of Jira
