BlueIT - IT Support Engineer L1 / L2

We are looking for driven support engineers with a hands-on mentality for a new position with a lot of stability. Your thorough knowledge of O365 applications and Windows systems ensures that you can help end users smoothly and purposefully. You have experience as a 1l support engineer on a support desk and are ready to work in a large corporate environment as an L1 - 2L support engineer. In addition to your tasks at the support desk, you will be very closely involved in various roll-out projects. As icing on the cake, you get the opportunity to obtain ITIL and Microsoft certification.

What's in a workday?

  • You are responsible for all kinds of incidents and projects at a global multinational.
  • You are the person who intervenes remotely and provides quick solutions. You know exactly how you score points during remote interventions. From the service desk you can keep a close eye on everything using advanced monitoring tools. You monitor the systems and intervene proactively to prevent possible problems.
  • It is your responsibility to resolve user questions and issues quickly and efficiently. You communicate clearly and friendly to ensure that users feel helped and can continue working with a smile. You accurately document and record incidents and solutions in our system, so that we can identify trends and continuously strive to improve our services.
  • In addition to providing direct support to users, you also play an important role in improving internal processes. You identify common problems and proactively provide solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of our support services. You work closely with other teams within the organization to resolve technical issues and optimize the user experience.

 

Your hardware

  • You are bilingual and spreak either ENG/NL or ENG/FR and have a driving license B.
  • You have extensive work experience as an engineer and can correctly register incidents using procedures to solve known problems.
  • You already have an ITIL certificate or want to obtain one within 6 months.
  • You already have an MD-100 certificate or can obtain one in the very short term.
  • You have a deeper general knowledge of AD, AAD, O365, SharePoint, Intune, Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender,...), networks and Windows OS.
  • You always keep the focus on the end user and ensure that it is operational again as quickly as possible.
  • You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and may eventually participate in on-call duty.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and always strive for the best results.
  • Your documentation skills are on point!
