The Global Security Department supports Information Technology and Business Units to develop adequate solutions for Information Security and Risk Management practices.

 

Their mission is to enable sound information security risk decisions to be taken by the bank's management, and to help implement a comprehensive information security management system.

 

 

The bank's Information Security Strategy commits to deliver upon four objectives: enable the company as a whole to run smoothly fight against cybercrime protect our information systems and manage security risks.

 

Furthermore, the enterprise governance, risk and compliance (eGRC) tool allows the relevant processes and information to be used efficiently and effectively in order to execute the bank's strategy and achieve its vision.

 

As a Cyber Defence Solution Administrator, you will provide engineering and operational support for such eGRC tools.

 

 

Your future job!

 

Core tasks

 

· Implement eGRC project packages

  • Prepare and design detailed functional and technical specs create solution design
  • Build solution and deploy according to Application Release management process
  • Support User Acceptance Tests and promote applications into the Production environment
  • Be the point of contact for the business for topics requiring in-depth application expertise
  • Provide training to end users and post-deployment application support

 

· Optimise the overall eGRC platform in terms of efficiency and quality

  • Set up/improve Archer architecture in line with business requirements and suggest improvements
  • Challenge processes selected for solution integration in terms of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Guide integration into a tool as required (configuration of applications, questionnaires, workflows, forms, reports with the objective to make it more user-friendly and efficient for the organisation)

 

· Enhance platform functionalities

  • Configure the platform in order to support Global Security activities (e.g. upgrades or creating new applications)
  • Execute test cases and provide adequate documentation (including regression tests if required)

 

· Technical maintenance

  • eGRC tool configuration, customisation and support
  • Ensure the availability of the applications by performing application troubleshooting and engaging in problem management activities
  • Define the strategy for the life cycle management of the deployed solutions, qualifying new releases and patches and planning/documenting upgrades
  • Keep technical and user manuals up-to-date

 

Highlight your strengths!

 

Technical experience

  • Knowledge of regular SQL expressions and data manipulation, scripting language
  • IT application support (engineering or operations)

 

The following would be considered an asset

  • Good knowledge of enterprise governance, risk and compliance tools (preferably RSA Archer)
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP or OSI network protocol stack, including major protocols such as IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, POP3, HTTP, FTP and SSH
  • Good understanding of IT security technology and processes (secure networking, web infrastructure, Wintel, Unix, etc.)
  • Security Incident Management CSIRT

 

Business experience:

 

- Strong interest in Information Security topics

 

The following would be considered an asset

  • Experience of working in cross-functional departments and teams
  • Practical exposure to process management
  • Knowledge of Information Security
  • Experience within the banking and finance industry
  • Project management
