Senior AI Engineer - technical lead

 

We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to act as the technical lead of a multidisciplinary team, delivering secure, simple, and scalable AI solutions that drive real business value.

 

 

What you'll do

  • Translate business use cases into clear, secure, and reusable AI solution architectures
  • Design and develop AI applications using Azure AI Services, Databricks, and the Power Platform
  • Lead technical implementation, mentor team members, and uphold coding and architecture standards
  • Build and maintain reusable infrastructure modules using TerraForm
  • Support business case development and accurate technical effort estimation
  • Work in modern engineering practices: Scrum/Kanban, TDD, CI/CD

 

Tech stack

  • Azure AI (Openai, Document Intelligence, AI Search, AI Foundry)
  • Generative AI (LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, chunking/indexing)
  • Databricks (Mosaic AI, PySpark, SQL, Airflow orchestration)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI integrations)
  • TerraForm (IaC), Python, front‑end & back‑end development
  • Cloud architecture & security best practices

 

Who you are

 

Analytical, solution‑minded, proactive, and a strong communicator. You enjoy coaching others and shaping technical strategy. English fluency required; Dutch or French is a plus. Remote work up to 50%.
