Wat IS een business analist bij cream?

 

Als Rusty, Business Analyst, omarm u uw rol en werk u aan verschillende projecten

  • Internet en mobiele applicaties

  • Digitaal/e-handel

  • Kunstmatige Intelligentie

  • Real-time toepassingen, ...etc.

 

Jouw taken

  • Communiceer met de verschillende belanghebbenden om hun vereisten te begrijpen

  • Vertaal business requirements in gedetailleerde business specificaties voor IT

  • Analyseer de impact van de vereiste evoluties

  • Voer een impactanalyse uit van nieuwe processen en bepaal de hiaten tussen as-is en to-be situaties

  • Ontwerp en documenteer het to-be proces

  • De teststrategie organiseren en het testen opvolgen

  • Coördineren en communiceren met de verschillende belanghebbenden

  • Veranderingsbeheer en implementatie

  • U Zelf aanpassen aan de nieuwe omgeving van onze klanten

 

Hoe stellen WE ons onze toekomstige Consultant voor?

  • U hebt aantoonbare ervaring in bedrijfs- of procesanalyse

  • U kunt project deadlines halen en hoogwaardige deliverables leveren

  • U bent polyvalent en kunt u gemakkelijk aanpassen aan een snel veranderende omgeving

  • U bent in staat om out of the box te denken en ondertussen een pragmatische aanpak te behouden

  • U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, een goede kennis van Frans het is ook vereist

 

Bonus

  • Ervaring met projectmanagement methodologieën (Prince2, PMI, Agile...) en tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect...) kan een echte troef zijn

  • Kennis van Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camounda, UML, ...)
