Position Overview:
Support the Transformation Department in organizational thinking, change implementation, and structuring transformation initiatives through business analysis, facilitation, and agile support missions.
What you'll do:
Business Analysis (BA)
· Gather, structure, and analyze stakeholder needs.
· Map business and organizational processes.
· Identify pain points, areas for improvement, and change impacts.
· Write user stories, use cases, or decision-support materials.
Facilitation and Workshop Support
· Co-facilitate or prepare workshops (ideation, vision, process analysis, prioritization, etc.).
· Produce meeting minutes and summaries of collaborative sessions.
· Use visual tools (e.g., Miro, Klaxoon) to aid understanding.
Agile Transformation Support
· Collaborate with an agile coach to test or implement new team or organizational practices.
· Participate in structuring agile teams, roles, and rituals.
· Contribute to the setup of KPIs or continuous improvement dashboards.
Communication and Change Management
· Help formalize communication elements related to the transformation.
· Work on change-related materials (e.g., infographics, practical guides, FAQs).
What you bring:
Understanding of Agile Fundamentals:
· Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
· Familiarity with Team Topologies.
Organizational Analysis Skills:
· Structured and analytical mindset.
