Hard work as a sales consultant is
- Market expansion: you contact as many companies as possible because you want to expand your client portfolio
- Candidate qualification: you call as many candidates as possible in order to find the ones that you will present to your client
- Negotiation: thanks to your awesome communication skills, you manage to obtain the best deal from your negotiation with your clients
- Deals: with all the elements above and a lot of hard work, you will make deals and earn the commissions that you deserve
Your profile
- You are bilingual in Dutch and English
- Thanks to a first work experience, you now know exactly what you are looking for and are ready to show your sales potential to the world
- You have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree
- As a successful person, you know what it means to work with commissions and this is why you will do everything that you can to obtain the best results

- Of course, money for a sales consultant is very important and this is why you will get a fixed salary of 30k gross (as a starter's salary) and unlimited commissions, allowing you to be in charge of your income
