What you do

 

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team based in Leuven.

 

This project will mostly consists of migrating of some of our processes from on prem to AWS, including performing reconciliations.

  • You comprehend the functional design, based on the functional specifications, and translate this into a technical design
  • You develop the necessary code to capture and process the data
  • You set up and schedule automated data pipelines
  • You maintain high standards for the quality of the code
  • You provide the necessary tests for implementing the test strategy

 

This is project with a duration of 6 months.

 

 

What you bring to the team

  • Fluently in English
  • Experienced with Apache Airflow
  • Experienced with Apache Spark
  • Experienced with Python
  • Being able to work in Leuven as a freelancer
