While we are expanding our IT department we are looking for a service desk agent you to join our passionate team.
You will be part of the IT department from the service center where you will do 1st and 2nd line support with customers, partners and internal clients. You will receive a Permanent contract. As service desk agent you will be the first point of contact for internal clients. As an autonomous and client friendly person you will be able to help them to solve problems.

- Take care of the Ict service desk (1st line)
- Take, threat and finalize service desk tickets (1st line)
- Handle the service desk tickets (1st and 2nd line)
- Solve bugs and do the maintenance. If necessary, contact external partners or forward to other Ict colleagues
- Participate in change projects and innovating projects
- Document processes or adapt some procedures.
- You have a degree in Ict or similar experience
- You have a good knowledge of Ict systems
- You are Fluent in Dutch and French, English is an asset
- Passion for customer service and helping others
- Strong communicational skills via email and phone
- Strong problem solving skills
- Highly organized, ability to work autonomously and detail oriented
