On behalf of our client, we are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to define and implement architecture guidelines, guardrails, and governance. This senior role is key in ensuring architectural consistency, solution quality, and adoption of best practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities

Set the Standards: Design and implement architecture guidelines and governance frameworks that align with an agile way of working.

Coach & Guide: Support leaders, architects, and developers in applying best practices and improving solution design.

Shape Governance: Pilot pragmatic governance forums with selected teams, evaluate outcomes, and evolve the approach.

Ensure Quality: Safeguard consistency and alignment across product teams, driving robust and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 10+ years in architecture and solution design, including at least 5 years focused on logistics applications.
- Strong track record in establishing and growing enterprise architecture practices within agile environments.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring teams.
