In order to support our new branch and our growth in Belgium, we are looking for Business Developer with a strong entrepreneurship spirit and a first experience in business development of a consulting company.
Description of the mission
- As Business Developer, you will define a business plan to develop your portfolio of clients and create your own business unit.
- You are responsible to detect & develop technical assistance, managed services and outsourcing opportunities
- You will act as trusted advisor and provide qualified consultants and services to your clients
- You will recruit high potential consultants and manage their careers and personal development
- You will act as a leader and team manager towards your consultants.
Required skills & experiences
- You have a strong entrepreneurship spirit and leadership skills
- You are a real hunter with a background in IT Sales.
- You have excellent customer, communication and negotiation skills
- You are a born leader with excellent people management skills
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience on a sales position in the IT consulting sector
- You speak English, Dutch & French (one mother tongue, the other good at least)
- An existing contact Network in the Belgian market is considered as a plus
