Your future projects :
Like Morgane, Functional Analyst at Cream, you act as a bridge between business and IT teams within the banking sector. You translate business needs into functional specifications for digital platforms such as mobile applications, AI solutions or e-commerce tools. Your projects may relate to payments, credit or compliance for example.
Your tasks will be :
- Understand and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Follow up with technical analysts, designers and developers
- Describe test scenarios, prepare test data and coordinate test execution with the Test Coordinator
- Analyse results and propose corrective actions where needed
- Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Dive into technical aspects when necessary
- Work closely with business teams to ensure the delivered solution meets their expectations
What do we expect from our Consultant ?
- You have proven experience in Functional Analysis in the banking sector
- Very good knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, RUP, ARIS, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira, ...)
- You can meet project deadlines and provide high quality deliverables
- You have strong communication skills and analytical skills
- You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is also required
