🔧 what you will do
- You are an expert in our digital solutions, both software and Hardware.
- You lead (complex) IT integrations and are end-to-end responsible for the IT component.
- You support commercial and operational colleagues in a pre-Sales role.
- You act as a technical advisor for customers and translate their needs into tailored solutions.
- You handle configuration and implementation on-site or remotely.
- You communicate effectively with all stakeholders: customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- You follow up with customers during the hypercare period after go-live.
- You manage service requests and IT-related issues from existing customers.
- You represent DHL Express IT during business performance reviews.
- You take ownership of internal IT projects and contribute to improving best practices.
👤 who you are
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent through experience.
- You have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- You have knowledge of WebServices and EDIFACT messages.
- Development skills are a plus.
- You have affinity with eCommerce platforms.
- You are analytically strong and results-oriented.
- You work accurately and with attention to detail.
- Taking ownership is second nature to you.
- You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English (or are willing to learn).
- You are flexible in working hours.
