Business Process Analyst / business process engineer
- Je schematiseert en optimaliseert de key business E2E processen: van orderintake tot productie en levering, en legt hierbij ook de linken met Finance
- Je brengt de key bottlenecks en inefficiënties in kaart van de bestaande business processen en workflows
- Je identificeert mogelijke verbeteringen en optimalisaties
- Je focus ligt op eliminatie van bottlenecks, reductie van risico's, efficiëntieverbeteringen en stroomlijnen van workflows
- Je verbetert de performantie van de key processen door reductie van risico's, reductie van kosten, eliminatie van improductieve activiteiten
- Je gaat projectmatig te werk: je analyseert de systemen, bekijkt hoe deze kunnen geoptimaliseerd worden en lanceert concrete verbeteringsvoorstellen
- Je werkt frequent en nauw samen met de verschillende stakeholders
Competenties
- Ervaring met (IT gestuurde) productieprocessen en E2E processen
- Ervaring met administratieve en financiële processen
- Affiniteit / inzicht in IT processen en controles gerelateerd aan de productie- en administratieve processen
- Pragmatische instelling
- Hands-on
- Nice to have: ervaring in kostprijsberekeningen productie
- Nice to have: bekwaam om business cases op te stellen
- Nederlandstalig is een must
