Dilaco - Field Engineers / 2nd level Helpdesks

We're looking for:

  • 2 FTE Technical Field Engineers
  • 3 FTE functional (Same without technical skills)


Technical skills

  • MS Office 365 suite and Windows 7/10 OS
  • Active Directory / User management (IT Security basic awareness)
  • General understanding of Web/Internet/Intranet/VPN technologies
  • General understanding of how applications work in a networked environment
  • Analytical mind => “Problem Solver/Identification”
  • Knowledge of Linux/Vmware ESXi is an asset


 Business Skills

  • Customer oriented attitude and results focus
  • Insight in Business organization and IT processes
  • Provide routine oral and written information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to deal with non-experienced customers in IT and technology



  • Excellent relationship skills, polite
  • Being empathic
  • Communication skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Flexible



  • College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in Dutch and French
  • Ability to work independently


Languages: Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English are MANDATORY
