Dimension Data - Service Delivery Support Engineer L2

Function

  • Monitor infrastructure remotely.
  • Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational.
  • Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
  • Investigate second line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.
  • Provide telephonic support to clients.

 

Profile

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Display a strong client service orientation
  • Strive to meet and exceed SLAs at all times
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good language skills: Dutch/French/English
  • CCNP
  • MCSA qualification is a plus
