- IT service desk and Bau Support. Provide daily support to user's PC, phone, printer, scanner, network, AD, video conference, mail, Office software and so on.
- Device and system maintenance. Network, server, Firewall, Ups device maintenance. Electricity, air-condition, monitor daily check. Data backup, virus, patch management. Solve business system problem.
- Project management. Follow the bank project, analysis and collect requirement, cooperate with development team of head Office. Participate in testing and online.
- Report development and Data transform. Inquire the required data from the raw database by SQL to support business department. Light-weight development in Java or other language to elevate efficiency.
- IT Risk and IT Security Management. Enhance the risk and security system, based on the head regulation from head Office and local regulator.
- Product purchase and Vendor Management.
- On-call responsibilities. Solve the problem from our bank clients.
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or related.
- Minimum of 3 years' working experience, prefer in financial institutions, works as IT Maintenance, IT Support, Development or related.
- Be good at database and SQL Java or c++ program language, network knowledge.
- Strong problem solving and communicate skill.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and flexible work time.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Spoken and Written of French or Dutch preferable.
