What you'll do
- Learn and apply the methods and tools used by DXC; adapt them to the client's context with the help of DXC's management
- Collect the business requirements from our clients through qualitative and quantitative assessments (workshops, focus-groups etc.)
- Apply industry best practices and help excel customers in their business process. Translate this into customizing and detailed functional specifications for the technical delivery teams (documentation, presentation)
- Master/complete training with desktop tools for analysis and analysis reporting
- Integrate with the client's team and develop a relationship of trust with their contacts
Who you are
- A Bachelor/Master degree with strong affinity to (Business) engineering, economics and/or IT
- Striving to develop your skills especially through (but not limited to) internal and external training, and observing and exchanging ideas with other team members
- Having a proactive attitude, open to new ideas, no 9-5 mentality
- Showing team spirit by putting the group interests above personal interests
- Demonstrating tenacity, involvement and sense of responsibility
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch or French and English
