- As a Helpdesk officer you are part of our infrastructure department. You are in charge of providing a fast customer-oriented service and proposing a remote solution
- You are constantly improving the user satisfaction
- You propose solutions to avoid recurrent problems
- You will work close with the IT Infrastructure department in Nantes (FR) and our IT-team in Belgium
- You provide support to workstations (end-users) and you are responsable for the maintenance of the equipment (workstations, fix phones and cell-phones)
- You have a bachelor in computer science (option network) or equivalent with your experience
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in end-user, infrastructure en network support
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 7.10 and OSX
- You easily use computer tools (call taking, remote control, etc.).
- You control all aspects of network security (Firewall and Anti-virus)
- Organization, prioritizing, a good concentration, punctual and precision are just a few keyword of your natural flair
- Teamplayer, client orientated, flexible, motivated and autonomous
- You native Dutch or French with a good knowledge of the other national language. English is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, MDT and WSUS are certainly a positive extra
