  • Call taking & ticket registration
  • Troubleshooting by phone & remote control
  • Ticket follow-up
  • PC & smartphone configuration
  • HW & SW troubleshooting

 

Required Skills

  • Goede kennis van MS Win 7 & 10
  • Goede kennis van MS Office & O365
  • Goede kennis van PC installation & configuration, smartphones & tablets
  • Basis kennis van network & Telecom (LAN/WAN, VPN connections)
  • ervaring in IT troubleshooting

  • Zelfstandig werken, ownership, dingen snel oppikken
  • Snel en efficient diagnose stellen
