Experis - IT Support Specialist


We are looking for talented IT Support (French + English) who are ready for a new great exciting challenge that will further enhance your career !                                                                                        


Nature of tasks

  • Service desk agent, incident agent and analyst, problem agent and analyst;
  • Incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximizing the first call resolution rate;
  • First and second-line support: remote and on-site support (maybe once a month a professional trip to Strasbourg);
  • Recording & tracking incident information;
  • Recording & tracking Problem information;
  • Participating in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment;
  • Documenting operational support procedures;
  • Drafting technical content for knowledge database;
  • IT support specialist must be able to perform all tasks of a service desk Operator;
  • Testing and administration of applications;
  • Administration tasks: ticketing, open account with Active Directory, Windows, Incident, Exchange, Suite MS Office, Printer, etc.
  • Liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks;
  • MOBILE Support :  Android, iOS, Windows Surface, Airwatch, Token RSA,
  • Customer Support on Wifi devices; MDM (Mobiles Devices Management).



  • Highly autonomous and IT skilled;
  • Very good skills in all of the MS Office applications;
  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant professional experience;
  • Fluent in both English/French both written and oral;
  • Fluent in German both written and oral is a plus;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • User oriented.
