For a leading client in Brussels, I am looking for two Freelance Typescript Developers to help a project focused on building and supporting the data integrations that connect systems across their platform, delivering reliable and scalable data flows. You will develop backend services in TypeScript, taking solutions from business requirements through to product
What will you be doing?
- Design and develop data integration solutions, including APIs, connectors, event producers, and event consumers that enable seamless data exchange across the platform.
- Create and enhance reusable platform services, libraries, and tools that support scalable delivery and adoption by engineering teams.
- Deliver robust, event-driven solutions through modern engineering practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Analysing source and target systems - AS-IS and TO-BE. Ensuring best practices across development
- Translating requirements into clear functional specifications.
What do you need?
- 4+ years of experience within TypeScript and Node.JS
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong functional analysis skills - able to ask the right questions, gather requirements and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Logistics
- 1 day per week onsite in Brussels, the rest remote
- 6 month initial contract, starting ASAP.
