💼 Role Overview
As a Functional Enterprise Architect, you will lead the solution selection process, ensuring that all proposed solutions align with the target architecture and functional requirements. You'll collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver future-ready solutions that support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Map business needs and functional requirements to effective IT solutions.
✅ Rationalize and harmonize the enterprise architecture to remove overlaps.
✅ Support the Solution Selection Board in making strategic servicing decisions.
✅ Evaluate and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions that meet current and future needs.
✅ Develop and assess business cases for proposed solutions.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
Required Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture (methodologies & frameworks).
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Knowledge of CRM and CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and evaluate business cases.
- Familiarity with APIs, data storage, and cloud environments (major vendors).
- Background in or exposure to the Banking Industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of Service Centre operations is a plus.
