Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for HR and payroll transformation workstreams
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders
- MAP current payroll processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future-state processes and system integrations
Required skills & experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR and payroll transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation and HRIS systems
- Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, ADP, SD Worx, etc.)
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a strong advantage
