We are currently working with a client based in Antwerp, Belgium who is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join them on a freelance basis. Our client works in the logistics sector and is currently offering a 12-month project with possible extensions thereafter.

 

You will be providing user support and troubleshooting IT problems and issues. The main objective is to enable users to maximize their productivity through efficient use of IT equipment or software applications.

 

Due to Covid-19, the majority of your work will be done remotely, however you must be willing to go onsite also (this will be limited to only when absolutely necessary).

 

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk
  • 1st line support experience
  • Password configuration
  • Set up of PCs/Laptops etc
  • English speaking
  • Dutch speaking is nice to have
  • Any 2nd line support experience is a bonus
