  • welcoming the customer requests (calls & mail)
  • analyze and figure out the problem/ situation
  • Proving the basic support and solving the incident using the specific tools Proving basic support and solving the incident using specific tools
  • doing the escalation to the 2nd level when needed



  • You have minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • You have a good knowledge of Ticketing tools & CRM
  • You have knowledge of software computer applications, technologies and customer service principles.
  • You speak fluent French and Dutch.
  • You are a team player, problem solver and customer service oriented.
