System Engineer (EndPoint infrastructure)

💰 Rate: 65-70/h
Overview
We are looking for a senior System Engineer with extensive experience in large-scale enterprise environments to manage, maintain, and evolve a complex EndPoint infrastructure supporting more than 100,000 endpoints and 1,000+ applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of the EndPoint ecosystem across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, and industrial devices
- Design, implement, and maintain EndPoint and backend infrastructure solutions
- Perform upgrades, migrations, deployments, and infrastructure enhancements
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and recommend optimal solutions
- Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and compliance.
- Provide 3rd line support and participate in on-call activities when required.
- Act as a technical advisor for business and IT stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and share knowledge across teams
Required experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in System Engineering or EndPoint Infrastructure
- Experience in enterprise environments with:
- 100,000+ endpoints
- 1,000+ software packages
- Experience working within ITIL-driven organizations
- MCSA, MCSE, MCSD or equivalent Microsoft certification
