For a major client in Brussels specialized in the consumer credits, we are looking for an Incident Manager.

  • You have a bachelor or higher degree with at least 3years of experience as an Incident or Problem Manager
  • You speak perfectly Dutch or French with excellent command in English
  • You have a working knowledge with IT and telecommunication norms and standards
  • You are very familiar with Virtualization systems (VMware) Windows & Linux OS Citrix/NetScaler ITIL
