What you'll do
- 🔍 Execute the Permanent Control plan: Participate in thematic analysis missions with a risk-based approach.
- 🛡️ Assess operational processes: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
- ⚖️ Perform controls: Work across all areas of the bank to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency.
- 🚨 Identify risks and issues: Propose remediation plans to enhance controls.
- 📈 Follow up on recommendations: Ensure action plans are implemented effectively.
- 💡 Contribute to continuous improvement: Support the evolution of tools and methods in permanent control and compliance.
What we need
- 🎓 Qualifications: University degree or equivalent experience.
- 📆 Experience: 3-5 years in the banking/financial sector, ideally in internal control, audit, or risk management.
📚 skills
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., MiFID, AML)
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in French and English (Dutch is a plus!)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
