We're looking for a driven Implementation Manager to join our client's Market Operations team within the Market Energy Solutions department.
Your mission? Help us optimize the control and financial settlement processes for balancing products, playing a key role in Europe's energy future.
Your impact
As our next implementation manager, you'll:
- Develop expertise in energy market processes & tools for balancing products
- Identify & implement process/tooling improvements for faster verification & settlement
- Bridge the gap between operations, IT & business analysis
- Support testing and validation of new solutions
- Lead change management, create documentation, and deliver operator training
- Collaborate across departments, including IT, PMO, and business teams
What you bring
- A Master's degree in engineering, economics, business or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in complex process implementation or operational change management
- Passion for the energy sector & market mechanisms
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Skilled in communication, both written and oral
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
- Bonus if you know Python, PowerBI, VBA or SAP
- Fluent in English + French or Dutch (bonus for both!)
