Define and articulate the internal project vision, scope, and objectives to align with the overall business strategy

Act as the primary internal stakeholder for the program, representing the organization's interests with the implementation supplier
📊 project governance & reporting

Establish and maintain a clear project governance framework (roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and escalation paths)

Organize and lead regular Project Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings — preparing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring action follow-up

Implement escalation procedures for critical issues, risks, and scope changes, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication

Maintain transparent communication and reporting mechanisms for all stakeholders

Prepare and present executive-level updates to the Steering Committee and senior leadership
🤝 supplier management

Oversee and manage the relationship with the implementation partner to ensure alignment with contracts, scope, and deliverables

Monitor and track progress against the agreed project plan and key milestones

Facilitate communication and resolve issues between internal teams and the supplier
🛠️ project planning & execution

Develop and manage detailed work plans, including task assignments, timelines, and dependencies

Track project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions

Manage risks and issues with defined mitigation and escalation strategies

Oversee the integration of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Azure data platform components, and Copilot enablement
🔄 change management & adoption (with copilot focus)

Collaborate with internal communications and training teams to deliver a robust change management strategy

Drive user understanding and adoption of new tools and processes across business functions

Monitor adoption rates and feedback, adapting change strategies to improve engagement

Champion Copilot enablement, helping users embrace AI-driven capabilities
🧠 Specific competencies needed

7+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, ideally in digital transformation or enterprise implementations in banking or financial services

Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, security, and data privacy standards in the financial sector

Strong command of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) with practical application experience

Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) from an enterprise perspective
-
Knowledge of Azure data platform tools: Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Power BI — and their integration with Microsoft 365
-
Proven success managing large-scale third-party vendors or systems integrators

Excellent communication and stakeholder management — able to work across technical and executive audiences

Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption in large, complex organizations

Skilled in managing resistance to change, particularly related to AI and tools like Microsoft Copilot
