Your responsibilities include

Define and implement the Experience & Solution Design strategy in line with business objectives.

Translate this strategy into IT policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring their application and compliance.

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of professionals through guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

Drive strategic priorities to maximize impact and advance the roadmap.

Set clear team and individual goals, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.

Guarantee operational excellence through system reliability, security, and performance.

Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.

Build strong partnerships with external technology providers to ensure efficient service delivery.

Act as a change driver, supporting organizational evolution and cross-department collaboration.

Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and openness to emerging technologies.

Identify and mitigate IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, while ensuring compliance with governance and data protection standards.
Profile

Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.

At least 10 years of experience in IT, including people management and change management, ideally in a digital commercial environment.

Background in transitioning from a project-based to a product-based organization is a strong asset.

Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with experience leading and developing a team of around 8 FTE, combined with strong and impactful communication abilities.

Strategic thinker with a broad, conceptual vision and the ability to maintain a helicopter view.

Familiarity with methodologies such as Prince2, PMI, Agile, and change management is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical mindset and solid knowledge of ICT architecture (cloud computing, IT security, IT project management, etc.), with the capacity to challenge technical teams constructively.

Fluent in French and English; Dutch is considered a plus.
