As a member of our iStorm Projects Infrastructure Competence Center, you will support our clients in achieving their strategic corporate goals in the context of a dedicated mission.




  • Provide technical support across the site, either face to face or over the phone
  • Prioritize multiple open cases at one time
  • Install and configure computer Hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Monitor and maintain virtual environment
  • Manage backup process
  • Troubleshoot systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving Hardware or software faults
  • Set up mobile phones and enroll mobile management system
  • Set up new accounts and deal with permissions
  • Establish good working relation with customers and other professionals
  • Test and evaluate new technologies
  • Maintain documentation of key tasks
