2 Description
As an IT Project Manager , you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a broad portfolio of IT projects. You monitor capacity, timing, roadmap and quality, and ensure smooth cooperation between technical and business stakeholders. The projects are situated both within applications (with a strong . NET background, functionally driven) as well as within other IT domains such as network and data/platform (Fabric, PI).
Responsibilities:
· Managing, directing and coordinating multiple parallel IT projects from initiation to transfer to operation.
· Delivering high-quality, secure and sustainable project results/high-performance IT solutions within the agreed scope, timing and budget.
· Monitoring capacity, planning, roadmap and quality across the entire project portfolio. Creation and follow-up of project plans, portfolio overviews, status reports and risk/action logs.
· Functional management of teams in application development (.NET), network/infrastructure and data/platform.
· Intensive collaboration with IT Manager, Developers, Analysts, Scrum Masters and business stakeholders
· Reporting to management on progress, risks and results, preparing steering committees, drafting minutes, communication plans and stakeholder updates.
· Structured and efficient handover of projects to operational teams
· Identify and actively manage project risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
· Actively contribute to the further professionalization and improvement of project governance, methodologies and best practices within the organization.
3 Technical context
· Must-have:
· Several years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a complex environment.
· Portfolio and capacity management.
· Fluent French (daily professional use).
· Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
· Hands-on, structured and stress-resistant.
· Should-have:
· Insight into infrastructure and data projects (Fabric, PI).
· Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Prince2, Waterfall).
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Planning and priority management
· Risk and change management
· Nice-to-have:
· Dutch as an extra language.
· Experience with application projects (. NET context).
· Affinity with IT architecture, security and governance.
