Keyrus - Senior Business Development & Account Manager / Data & Digital



  • As a Senior Business Development and Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating qualified new business opportunities as well as managing and expanding existing accounts including some large multi-nationals. Keyrus has over 20+ years experience of delivering data solutions to world leading organisations around Data Intelligence, Big Data & Analytics, Management & Transformation and Digital.
  • This is the perfect position for an experienced sales professional who wants to play a vital role for Keyrus and our clients in transforming their organisations to cope with the 4th industrial revolution.
  • This role will suit a business development sales-driven individual who is able to lead and inspire others with proven knowledge in the world of data and analytics within services and solutions. You have a proven background in being able to identify and drive new revenue opportunities whilst maintaining your current client relationships. You will also engage all internal stakeholders to be able to deliver the most appropriate solution to enable our clients to unlock their data potential.



  • Lead business development activities and sales strategy including targeting key C- level clients, maintaining existing client relationships, proposing new and existing services as well as closing opportunities across multiple industries
  • Responsible for creating and nurturing a sales pipeline
  • Understanding and participation in the creation of Keyrus' Value Propositions and services to propose to clients or prospects
  • Understanding and selling the end-to-end Business Intelligence, Corporate Performance Management and Big Data & Analytics consulting projects and services
  • Co-design, execute & follow-up specific online, social media and telemarketing campaigns to position Keyrus' Value Propositions and track client/prospect interest
  • Expand knowledge of industry as well as the competitive posture of the company
  • Align with Business Line Directors where needed with additional business development activities to answers Rfps, presentations, solutions, offerings, etc.
  • Able to proactively propose available consultants to new and existing clients when needed
  • Align with strategic partners including software and services vendors to propose the best solutions to our clients
  • Maintain a good relationship with consultants to unlock potential projects at existing clients
  • Provide leadership to more Junior members of the team through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations
  • Manage your pipeline, forecasting etc.



  • Proven experience in a sales role where you have consistently delivered against target
  • Knowledge and expertise in the world of Data (BI, Dhwing, Big Data, Analytics, Cpm/EPM and Data Science as a big advantage)
  • Experience of the tools offered by stack and niche vendors/technologies including; IBM, SAS, Oracle, Microsoft & Qlik to name a few
  • A proven background in IT consultancy, solutions, services, software or IT recruitment in a leading role
  • Experience developing and leading relationship building activities with decision makers of C- level executives
  • Success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities
  • Experience of creating business/sales plans
  • Proven strategic execution skills
  • Knowledge / experience of selling data solutions
  • Result orientated
  • Team orientated
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French is essential as the successful candidate will be targeting companies across the whole of Belgium
  • Be autonomous and goal-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills: you will feel comfortable presenting Keyrus' and our offered services to clients
