Modis - Technology Innovation Lead

We are looking for a Technology Innovation Lead to work for our client in Leuven

Your mission

• Develop the 4YP and 1YP, align with business owners on gaps & opportunities related to technology to support the Global & Zone R&D centers;
• Analyze and develop business cases for technology Proof of Concepts and Pilots ;
• Internal GITEC expert on technology & development methodologies, providing training, facilitations and coaching in this area;
• Passion for new “Tech Trends and Technology Innovations”
• Leading Digital Transformation Projects.
• Sponsor Management of Scope, Schedule and Budget of on-going initiatives;
• Sponsor the business development & execution teams (Proof of Concepts, Pilots and Rollouts);
• Coordinates resources to run zone ideation campaigns;
• Explore Agenda - map out strategy to ideas collaborating with ABI Solutions/IT Team;
• Stakeholder management with IT Team
• Coordinates and executes technology expo's;
• Review of technology best practices and provide expertise to ensure alignment and rapid deployment

Profile

• University degree in a relevant applied science or engineering area (preferably IT, Engineering, ...);
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal leadership;
• Considers receiving feedback as an opportunity to grow;
• Critical thinking, ability to challenge and give feedback;
• Result oriented with respect to quality, costs, timing;
• Multi-disciplinary project management capabilities within development / processing area;
• Master in complex technology innovation projects
• Experience working in multicultural environment in different Zones and Operations;
• Experience in a continuously changing business environment;
• Ability to summarize and prioritize;
• Ability to mobilize people to drive improvements;
• Speed, flexibility, sense of urgency; ability to react to demands and stick to deadlines;
• Fluent English 
• Ready to travel trips in other geographical Zones (max 10-15% of the time)
• Technical knowledge inside the area of brewing and packaging / draft are a plus
• Passioned about software programs and IT solutions
