Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in Virtualization, public cloud, backup and Storage, monitoring, or operating systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in infrastructure technologies, including Virtualization, cloud computing, Storage solutions or operating systems.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, using Kanban methodology with certification as a Scrum master preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Implement Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban, to streamline project workflows and optimize efficiency.
- Act as a Scrum master, facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
- Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
