Due to the continued growth of our activities, People & Technology are looking to reinforce our sales team for the further development of the Belgian Market.
You will be responsible for introducing and developing sales of IT services.
Your role is to ensure the development of the business:
- You prospect new customers
You detect opportunities at new customers and existing customers (Belgian Market)
- You visit our customers/prospects and present our IT Services Portfolio (Application Development, System Management, Infrastructure Management and Service Management.).
- You realize the redaction of offers, reporting ...
- You develop account planning and strategy
- You close deals
- You are expected to build and develop relationships at Executive & Middle Management levels, and to work closely with partners
- Forecasting in collaboration with the Sales Responsible
- You will be involved in the whole Sales-Recruitment process : prospecting clients, screening CVS, matching candidates' skills and profiles to a relevant contract opportunity over the telephone, 2nd Interviews, negotiating fees...
The profile needs to have:
- Drive to hunt for new customers / prospects (Headhunter mentality, with excellent account management skills)
- Affinity with IT
- Higher education, preferably a Master Degree
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch, English is a must.
- Good computer science culture.
- Objective driven, hunter, excellent communicator and good relational skills
- Team spirit, stress resistant, flexible, assertive
- Able to open doors and to close deals.
- A stable organization with more than 15 years of experience in the Belgian IT Market.
