💼 Your Role
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end program delivery aligned with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Drive stakeholder communication at all levels
- Oversee financials, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure successful delivery across projects, squads, and teams
🎯 What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT product development or program/project management
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-team programs
- Strong experience in Agile environments
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading diverse, geographically distributed teams
