The Project Coordinator acts as the central nerve center for all Series support requests and Customized Options (CO) projects. The primary mission is to bridge the gap between stakeholder requirements and technical execution, ensuring that customer needs are translated into high-quality, feasible, and timely deliverables.
Mission:
- Central Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Series support requests and Customized Options projects.
- Project Translation: Translate diverse stakeholder inputs and complex requirements into actionable project plans and concrete deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate departmental activities across engineering, production, and software development teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with all internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues before they impact delivery.
- Technical Alignment: Ensure total alignment between customer requirements, technical feasibility, and existing production capabilities.
- Facilitation: Lead regular status meetings and coordinate technical reviews with all relevant stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Support resource planning and capacity management to balance Series and CO activities effectively.
- Quality Control: Monitor strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and established quality standards.
Profile:
- Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably within a manufacturing or automation environment.
