Project Manager - Transversal Services

Description
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
You will manage the resources assigned to each project, handle budget planning and forecasting, and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives. You will report directly to the Manager, while maintaining close collaboration with business stakeholders through regular service and project reviews.
Your role will require leading remote teams as well as multidisciplinary teams across departments to guarantee timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables across transversal services.

Monitor and control project budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), including multi-year forecasting.

Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, including architects, senior consultants, and junior consultants.

Conduct regular project and service reviews with business stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver high-quality communications and presentations, including SteerCo sessions.

Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) projects in compliance with public sector standards.

Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure consistent project follow-up with senior management.
Evaluation Criteria

Proven track record of clear and impactful communication, both written and verbal, including presentations to stakeholders (business, architects, and management).

Demonstrated experience managing RFP projects within public sector environments.

Solid experience in handling multiple OPEX & CAPEX budgets and multi-year financial forecasts.

Strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams (architects, senior/junior consultants).

Experience leading agile ceremonies (Scrum) and stakeholder update meetings.
Conformity Criteria
-
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written) + operational level in French.

At least 2 years of experience working within a public company or institution.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects involving both internal and external clients.

Availability to work at least 2 days onsite (schedule to be agreed with the client).
