ICT Engineer

(helpdesk/system administration)




What's in it for you?


You will be in charge of the operations, management of several Hardware - and/or software elements (such as tools, networks, e-mail system...). 

You will give daily support for the end-users and report to the ICT Manager. 

  • Server & System & Network Administration:
    • Daily administration
    • Execution of upgrades and new installations in the DataCenter
    • Follow-up backups
    • Contact with external partner for shared 
  • Configuration (desktop, laptop, GSM, tablets):
    • Create and administer user groups
    • Define and follow-up of access rights via user groups
    • Installation of software
    • Draw up and instore end-user guides 
  • Website:
    • Update of new products
    • Make HTML newsletters 
  • Office365:
    • Configuration of SharePoint sites & Teams
    • Distribution of licences
    • Development of several PowerApps 
  • Projects:
    • Follow-up/work out of different small IT projects
    • Development/configuration of different tools


What do we expect from you? 

  • Of course, there are several aspects that are mandatory to fit the profile that we have prioritized. Let's see if you can check of the following items:
    • Education : Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in an ICT domain
    • Knowledge of hard- and software
    • Good knowledge of MS Office / Active Directory / Windows Servers
