Job description
- You will be responsible for the follow up and development of a portfolio of accounts
- You will work in team with other internal sales and/or a dedicated external account manager
- You will respond to your customers' questions by mail or phone.
- You contribute to the processes within our company and help us in reaching our growth targets whilst ensuring a high customer happiness.
- You are a real professional who manages his/her pipeline & forecast.
- You can work autonomous & offer customer specific solutions instead of just products.
- You work proactively & willing to learn every day.
What do we expect from you
Of course, there are several aspects that are mandatory to fit the profile that we have prioritized. Let's see if you can check of the following items
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales within an IT company.
- Fluent in 3 languages: NL, FR & UK (all 3, mandatory)
- Passionate about computers/IT
- Knowledge/experience in solution selling would be great
- Will be considered an extra asset
- Demonstrable knowledge of venders like Dell, HP, Lenovo, Huawei, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, ....
- Knowledge/understanding of server, Storage and networking technologies
